Unfailed

Unfailed is probably best described as being the opposite of 'failed'; however, it is also often seen as 'undoing' or 'reversing' failure. Urban dictionary defines 'unfail' as:

1. To make a miraculous turn-around when failure was iminent.
2. To recover from or make up for a past failure.
